Homemade Chimichurri
Chimichurri can be used to a marinate for a good steak or cauliflower steak, chicken, fish or even to top some vegetables to munch on.

Instructions
  1. After you have peeled your garlic cloves place them in the food processor with all your ingredients (use only half the olive oil for now).
  2. Pulse then blend until it has broken down the stems and become a nice saucy consistency. If you'd like it to be thicker add a little more olive oil.
  3. Once it's blended entirely you can jar it or serve to eat.
Recipe Notes

This sauce was made in a food processor but you can use a blender or hand blender for it.
