Imagine being able to eat ramen but not have to worry too much about how unhealthy it is? This vegan zoodle ramen does exactly that and then some. The ingredients are simple and although it does take time to build the flavor from them, it ends up being worth it.
It’s all about finding healthier alternatives to the things we love, right?! Either that or just a pain in the ass way to make everything we love with healthier ingredients. lol I swear I’m just being exaggerated and these sweet potato waffles aren’t that hard to make. They really are a better way of eating and they fit perfectly into many diets and even are vegan friendly.
First thing’s first, who doesn’t love tostones?! Tostones are twice over fried plantains that a lot of Latinos (including myself) love! Keeping it healthy baking them was turns out to be an amazing alternative. Not only that but they are a vegan and vegetarian friendly additional to any meal. I cannot forget the other portion of this dish either…the chimichurri!
I forgot what Sheena and I were watching that made me want to try and make my homemade butter. There were so many different ways to make it and it all varied on what you had at home. I sat there wondering if heavy whipping cream would work just as good as regular whip….boyyyy let me tell you, I WILL NOT GO BACK!
